Andy is your first point of contact. He worked for small and medium charities for 10 years before becoming a freelancer, so understands your needs. He lives in Bridport, Dorset with his wife and dog.

Started Hands Up in 2009 after seven years with Oxfam, Tearfund and Amnesty. What he lacks in facial hair he makes up for in strategic thinking and a love of camping and board games. He lives in a village just outside Edinburgh.

Specialises in making innovative campaigning and corporate videos. He's worked with Which? consumers association, Bloomberg, British Gas and Women’s Aid on a mix of documentary and narrative productions.

Enjoys working for good causes and turning beautiful designs into functional websites. He's been coding/geeking out since the days of IE4! A Cotswold dweller, most of his spare time is taken up by his growing brood and crazy spaniel.

Ran a design agency in Newcastle for the best part of a decade but left to focus on web development, now spending time between building websites, music, running an online clothing shop and surfing in the North Sea.

Has spent 13 creating bespoke animations and illustrations, often employing hand-rendered artwork (eg ink, drawing, collage or mixed media) for digital output. He likes upcycling, inventive home cooking, collecting vinyl and fiddling with synthesisers.

Loves using clean, sustainable, problem-solving design to help others do what they do better. He has been designing away for over a decade, and in four different countries (so far). Enjoys travelling, photography, and surfing.

Animator extraordinaire with 9 years industry experience, Tom specialises in ethical explainer videos and corporate infographics. The more colourful and creative the better. Climbing, snowboarding & cycling are his go-to good times.

Bruna is an Italian-born animator and illustrator with 7 years experience making videos for charities, university and the corporate sector. When she's not traveling on photography assignments abroad, she likes drawing her own graphic novels.

Before joining the Hands Up team in January 2019, she worked as Operations Manager at the Big Give after having completed a Masters in Charity Management. When not testing websites, she works alongside her Mum managing their 500 acre farm in Shropshire.
